Evelyn was such a warm and caring person. During the many years that she and my parents were friends, she was constantly giving encouragement and friendship to them. She always had a kind word to say and recognized me, even if it had been months since we had seen each other..During my mother's last weeks, Evelyn was there almost daily to see her and let her know she was never alone. Evelyn will be greatly missed by all of us that knew here. May her "star" shine in our hearts until we meet again, in the next life..
