My Aunt Belle is my Grandma Melinda's sister and lived in SoCal when I was growing up there. My brothers & I used to love going to her house to visit and play and swim with our cousins. Aunt Belle was always very patient with all us little rascals running around and very sweet and gracious. She had a very special relationship with my mom Dorothy and Aunt Belle was very supportive of her when my mom was seriously ill. She was always a great pleasure to be with and would light up the room with her smile. I'll miss Aunt Belle dearly, she was the last of the Mestas sisters, some of the strongest, funniest, most admirable women I've ever known. But now they are reunited. God bless them all.
