When Margie moved to Vashon Island in 1978, we started a friendship that has lasted through these years. As our families grew, and we lived farther apart, our long, multi-tasking phone calls were the easiest way to stay in touch. No matter what was going on in our lives at the time, Margie's wit and humor would make me laugh for weeks after our conversations.
