RONALD LEE HILL
Ronald Lee Hill, age 66, longtime Coupeville resident, passed away at his home on Wed., December 16, 2015, following a brief illness.
He was born in Orange County, CA on July 3, 1949, to Clinton and Dorothy (Delaney) Hill. He graduated from high school in California. Ron came to Whidbey Island in 1995. He was married to Sandra Deakin for thirteen years. He was a skilled carpenter. Ron was a musician, and loved playing his guitars.
Ron is survived by his wife Sandra, at home; four children: Donella Smith of Reston, VA, Ron Merrill of Oak Harbor, Brandon Hill of California and Brittany Anderson of Missouri; three step-sons: Dennis Deakin of California, Casey Mitchell of Alaska and Kirby Mitchell of Sedro-Woolley; also, numerous grandchildren.
In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held. Family and friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences at www.whidbeymemorial.com.
