Condolences

Condolence From: Candy for the Hagen Family
Condolence: Dear Stevenson Family, It was a wonderful service for Phyllis and we hated to leave without giving everyone our love and condolences. We thought we could slip out unnoticed and go to our grandson, Luke's first birthday party, but Phil you brought up our picture in Phyllis' Bible! Phyllis told me she kept our picture in her Bible and that she prayed for us. Phyllis was a very understanding comforting person to me - maybe the things we shared helped but whatever it was she will be remembered with a smile and missed. Thank you for reminding me about the picture, I'm sure her prayers will be answered.

Condolence From: John M. Brewer
Condolence: To the Family of Phyllis Stevenson:

It is our privilege to know Jane Stevenson Schreurs and her husband, Pastor Randy. At this moment in time, when a loss seems almost too much to bear, we can find solace in God, and in His Son, Jesus Christ. Through Jane, and Pastor Randy, we are aware of Mrs. Stevenson's unwavering faith and devotion to her family, community, and Savior. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as you lift Mrs. Stevenson to the most beautiful home in the world...Our Lord's House.

With Deepest Sympathy,

The Staff of The Examiner ~ John M. Brewer, Susan Brewer, Jim L. Smith, Karel Smith, Cindy Clark, Stacy Harley and Reba Hamill

Condolence From: Randy Schreurs
Condolence: I was privileged to marry Dave & Phyllis' daughter Jane in 1983. Phyllis/Mom was very good at making others feel at home, & having her children come to a personal relationship with Christ was very important to her. So her eternal home is assured thanks to Christ. Much of her life was invested in her 7 children & 22? grandchildren. She was dedicated to others thru her church teaching, & volunteering at the pregnancy center.

I'm grateful that her physical struggles are over, but sad that she will missed by her family & friends.
