I got to know Mary Ellen through the Daughters of the American Revolution. I enjoyed the time she took with me and the help she gave me with various D.A.R. projects. This summer, she, Milton, and I, spent one morning picking blackberries and she talked about her family. She was always so proud of her family. She was a gracious lady and I will truly miss her.
