My name is Krystal Rousselle and I have known Jeffrey for a long time. He was always smiling and always found a way to make other people smile. I always remember playing one on one with him at school or at the house, and he always had a way of making me laugh so I wouldnt focus on trying to beat him. He tried to teach me to drive stick in the white truck, and that didnt end so well but it was a good laugh and I saw that he was so patient and happy helping other people. My favorite memory of him was his 17th birthday, when we surprised him with a huge cookout at his house, I dont think I'd seen a happier smile on anyone. They threw him in the lake and got stuck out on the paddleboats, we have the pictures to prove it ! I feel truly blessed that I got to know him and spend time with him and his family. I love you all.
