Condolences

Condolence From: Harold Van Hooser
Condolence: We all thought a lot of Harley and he will be missed. Harley and I worked together on 3 dams. Harley was a labor foreman. Sometimes when a worker was laid off he would create a fuss so to bypass that the boss would hand Harley a check and say "Go escort so and so off the job". Never had a problem. We worked together on many jobs over the years.

Condolence From: Paul Peterson
Condolence: I'm Harley's favorite Son-in-law Paul. I've had the honor of being husband too his beautiful daughter Melalee for 20 years. I've known Harley for 29 years. I'm devastated by the loss of this gentle giant. I'll admit that when I first met him he was rather intimidating because of his size. A big man inside and out. He was too me, a friend and buddy, a father figure, an extremely good and funny guy. We mostly laughed when together. I'll miss him dearly
