Dear Rita and Relatives, We just learned about your husband's passing today and was deeply saddened. I had the pleasure of working with Charles at NRD Seattle, Administration Department as a civilian. He was a dedicated, hard working, kind, honest and loyal man that will be sorely missed. Also, when you moved into your home at Canyon Park, Norm graded your backyard. He sends his deepest sympathy too. We both cherish many fond memories of his outstanding nature!
