Our thoughts and prayers are with you all as we hear of Berry's passing. It is a comfort to know that he is with the Lord. Tim and Kathy

Condolence: I knew Berry from several productions at WPH, and "1776" in Anacortes. He was always a real pleasure to work with, and, yes, I just cannot remember him without a wonderful smile. But I also knew him from a different event. My truck had broken down almost a hundred miles above the Canadian border. I needed a friend to help me go fetch it, and, God bless Berry, he was willing to spend the whole day to fetch it. We had a wonderful time that day for the mere price of gas and a wonderful lunch.

Condolence: I had many opportunities to work with Berry at the Whidbey Playhouse. I will always remember his big smile, his hearty laugh, and his quick wit. He was a fine actor too, though I think he really preferred working behind the scenes. The many hours he volunteered to the theater were deeply appreciated, and we will miss him. My condolences to Lu and the entire Meaux family.

Condolence: It is with great sadness I write this. It is difficult to put into words what a great loss this is. Barry always had a smile and never met a stranger. I so enjoyed working with him at the playhouse and he was a favorite of my kids. My heart goes out to Lu and family. How lucky we all were to have had Barry in our lives. Rest in peace Barry.

Condolence: A man amongst men, who touched so many lives in countless positive ways. Just as the boats that were under his command left an ever spreading wake, so is Berry's legacy. 2 TIM 4:7

Condolence: Lu - I was sadden to learn of Berry's death from my mother on Sunday. In light of the news, I am so thankful I had a chance to see you both when I was out in Seattle for work two years ago. While there has not been much communication between us over the years, you and Berry hold a dear place in my heart, and I will mourn the loss of a fine man, who was also my godfather. I wish I could be there for the memorial service, but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers! God bless,

Condolence: So much to say...

Berry was many things and played many roles on stage. At all times he was a gentleman a friend and a man who loved his country.

He served with honor and enjoyed sharing the bright and humorous aspects of his service with compatriots.

He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
