The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Peterson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Peggy & Family...
I will miss seeing Pete every day for his morning cup of coffee and conversations with the "boys" to talk about all the current events. I truly enjoyed getting to know him over the years.

Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength and always remember how much you are cared about.

I pray the love of God enfolds you during your difficult times and he helps you heal with the passage of time. May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead.

Condolence: I offer my deepest condolences to you Peg and your family during this time of great loss. I will always remember Pete with great admiration and friendship. We met the two of you nearly twenty five years ago on a motorcycle journey and the encounter has led to an across the country friendship which I hold near and dear. We were welcomed in your home and heart and that bond is the memory that I will always hold. God’s speed Pete.

Condolence: I had the great pleasure to meet Pete (and Peg) in Jasper National Park in 1990. I then visited them in their home several times over the years. They were always welcoming and hospitable. I have always been in awe of Pete's capabilities as a carpenter, mechanic, and fabricator. May he rest in peace and his family for solace and comfort in the life he lived and things he accomplished.
