Obituary for Pamela K Jones

Our beloved Pamela Kay Alexander Jones entered eternal life on December 16, 2021. Pam fought a long and valiant battle with complex regional pain syndrome, and other serious health issues, for over 22 years, yet she never complained about her pain to her family and friends.

Pam was born on August 8, 1958 in Renton, Washington. The “baby” of our family was a true gift, and brought us all lots of laughter as she tried to keep up with 3 brothers and her older sister.

Pam married her best friend and the love of her life, Chuck. They were happily married for 32 years. They had a blended family of four amazing children, and ten cherished grandchildren. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved taking them to the beach, to festivals, reading to them, and sharing her love of sewing and crafting with the grandkids.

Pam delighted in gathering with family and friends over good food and conversation. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens on her good days, and studying her Bible on days she was inside. On upcoming holidays and birthdays, you could find her in her craft room designing and sewing unique gifts from her tender heart.

Pam had a deep passion for her church family of the Christian Life Center in Freeland, Washington. She was a “prayer warrior” for those who needed God’s help. Her spiritual life was ever evolving, and she always said “I can’t wait to meet Jesus!”

Pam was deeply loved and will be forever missed by her husband, Chuck, and her extended family and friends including her beloved dogs Tug, Tiny, and Bella, who gave her years of joy and comfort.

(In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Chuck Jones to help cover the high cost of Pam’s medical care, including a life flight helicopter ride to the hospital.)
