Condolence: I would like to say thank-you to all who attended my brothers memorial service. A special thank-you to Mikes close friends Todd,Jim and Brett who shared some of their wonderful memories of my brother. Also to Kathy Watkins who's son wrote his memories for her to read because he was unable to be there. I want to say a very heartfelt thank you to Andrew Carroll and Andrew Moon,who administered CPR to my brother. Thank you to all who sent flowers..
