Hanna Beth Richardson was born in Springerville, Arizona on July 22, 1983. She went to be with her Lord on May 5, 2023, in Oak Harbor, WA.
Hanna grew up in the southwest valley of Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from high school in May of 2001. She relocated to Oak Harbor, WA to stay with her sister and her family. She put down roots in the Oak Harbor area and remained there until her passing.
Hanna worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She enjoyed and accelerated in her occupation and was great company to strangers and acquaintances alike. Hanna had a kind heart, as she sought out the homeless during the cold Whidbey winters, supplying food and clothing items. She would also adopt several animals over the years, two of which she is survived by today. Hanna had a zest for life and put her whole heart into everything she did.
Hanna remained on the island and many years later, as she married Drew Richardson. Together they enjoyed being out on the water boating, fishing, and crabbing.
She is survived by her husband Drew Richardson, daughters, Emma and Ava Cloninger, mother, Jacquline Sullivan, sister, Helen Kate McWaters, grandmother Virginia Sullivan and Uncle Frank Sullivan.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday May 17 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Whidbey Memorial Funeral Home at 746 NE Midway Blvd., Oak Harbor, WA 98277.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Whidbey Grace Church, 29470 SE 20, Oak Harbor, WA 98277 on Saturday June 10th at 1:00 pm.
