The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Delores Stevenson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Stevenson family,
Russ, Robert and Donna my heart goes out to all of you and I am also feeling the loss of your Mother. Delores was always kind and sweet and there were times when I was at your home more than my home and she always made me feel welcome. When I think of her I think of how she would drop everything to take us to the lake, or McDonalds, or wherever... Delores was one of those influences in my life which made me want to be the best possible person I could be. She always told me how proud she was of me which meant a lot to me and I carried that with me. She overcame so many challenges in her life, like when your home burned down on Christmas Eve. I still remember helping you guys sort through the devastation and wondering how you guys were going to recover and somehow you did. So as you all go through this difficult time know my thoughts and prayers are with you. Please reach out if you need anything. I love and miss all of you! Buzz

Condolence From: Jeff Roark
Condolence: I fondly remember Delores first in many complex phone calls from Renton in the 90's only to finally meet her in 2003 when her warehouse operation merged with our own in Everett. She was the most knowledgeable and sincere person I've ever met. It's sad to hear of her passing especially from a result of an injury from her work here. I certainly hope she and her family were compinsated from the fall from an unsafe ladder after all her years of dedicated service.
