I fondly remember Delores first in many complex phone calls from Renton in the 90's only to finally meet her in 2003 when her warehouse operation merged with our own in Everett. She was the most knowledgeable and sincere person I've ever met. It's sad to hear of her passing especially from a result of an injury from her work here. I certainly hope she and her family were compinsated from the fall from an unsafe ladder after all her years of dedicated service.
