Gentle Smile

Daisy moved to Harbor Tower Village almost two years ago. From the minute we met, I knew she was a deeply spiritual person.  Some people truly “walk the walk”, and Daisy was one of those special people.

Sometimes I would forget she was in the room because she was so quiet.  Whenever I looked at her, she would be contentedly sitting with a smile on her face as if she knew a secret.  Over time as I got to know her better, I learned that secret was that she truly did have a wonderful relationship with our Lord.

Soon after she moved here Daisy attended a special Mother’s Day tea party.  I asked who among us had the most grandchildren. We went around the room and when it was Daisy’s turn, we were all just amazed to hear that Daisy at that time had 64! Needless to say, she won the contest hands down! I understand the number has actually grown since that time.  We will remember Daisy most for her smile, her gentle manner, and for her love of her family.

We have so many wonderful memories of Daisy, and we feel so blessed that she and her family chose Harbor Tower as her home for the final chapter of her life.
