Cathy Lynn Shope, age 66, longtime Skagit County resident, passed away at Whidbey Island Manor in Oak Harbor on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
Cathy was born in Sedro Woolley on January 16, 1949, to Robert LeRoy Neigg and Helen Joan (Shepard) Neigg. She moved to Portland, OR, with her family, and lived there for forty years. A Memorial Service is planned for Sunday, March 1, 2015, 2:30 PM, at Burlington Senior Center, 1101 Greenleaf Avenue. A full and complete notice will appear in a later edition, and further information may be obtained from whidbeymemorial.com, where friends are encouraged to share memories and condolences.
