Obituary for Barbara Carol Marsh (Duck)
Barbara Carol Marsh passed away peacefully on October 03, 2019 in Coupeville, WA. She was born on September 19, 1949, in Lexington, TN, to Vaughn Charles Duck and Bonnie Lee Duck. She was the youngest of six children, Mary Lou (deceased), Bruce Duck (deceased), Charles Duck (deceased), Linda Duck, and Jean Rosiak.
She attended college at the University of Memphis and received a degree in Education. She served as an elementary school teacher for over 25 years in Shelby County, Tennessee. She was an avid reader and made the best seafood gumbo.
Ms. Marsh is survived by her daughter Emily Smoot, son Eric Marsh, four grandchildren, Emmett, Finn, and Reaghan Marsh, and Brynn Smoot, and her beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaiel, Oliver.
