Obituary for Andrea Michelle Cupit

Andrea Cupit was born on March 27th 1978 in a small town in Illinois. Her mother’s
name was Sharon Phillips, her father’s name we are unsure of. She had passed away at home
in Oak Harbor Washington on December 30th 2022.
Andrea’s life was a pretty calm life for the most part. Her mother was in the military at
one point, of course that had meant they moved a lot. She had grown up a majority of her life in
Virginia Beach, Virginia. She had grown up with her mother and someone she had considered a
father figure. She never spoke much about her real dad or any details about her family.
Andrea had worked at many place’s before she had passed away. She had worked at
fast food many times trying to climb up the job ladder. Her career choice she really wanted was
to be a dog groomer. She had become a dog bather/groomer at posh puppies in oak harbor
washington. She was so proud of herself when she had become a dog groomer. She was a
groomer at posh puppies for three years before she passed away. She had been married to her
husband Patrick Cupit for an amazing twenty three years. She had a total of six kids of her own.
She had really liked going to the mountains during the summer for fun trips as a family.
She had six kids of her own. Her Husband Patrick Cupit. Her oldest being Devin Pierce,
the second oldest, her first daughter, Chelsea Ray. Together Andrea and Patrick had four kids
together. Reina Cupit, the oldest, Kiara Cupit the second oldest, Carolanne Cupit the third child
and Julia Cupit, the youngest daughter. Her stepson Sebastian Jacobson.
We had planned her memorial service around what she had wanted. She had talked
about wanting to be cremated when she passed away. Her service is going to be on January
22nd 2023. Her service will be held at Oak Manor Clubhouse 640 SE 8th street oak harbor
washington 98277. There are no special instructions besides to be polite at the time of grieving
for her service.
Andrea was a very interesting woman. She had always said that she never wanted to
own a small dog. Before she passed away, back in 2020 she had gotten a chihuahua mix. He is
13 years old and that dog was and still is her baby. She loved going to work and seeing various
types of dogs and she got along with a lot of her coworkers. She loved spending her free time
with her kids and family. She also loved reading books, there is a tall shelf of books in our
hallway and she has read every single book just about. She had a saying, it was when her
children would get too rowdy when it was time to calm down, she would yell “ alright children it's
time to go to bed”. She loved to adopt all her daughters' friends as her own kids and would treat
them as her own. She loved going to concerts when we could afford it. One of her favorite
things to do was listen to the Rebel Love song by Black Veil Brides. She and Patrick, her
husband, would dance in the living room to the song Rebel Love Song.
Andrea was an amazing mom and wife, she was a grandmother to four babies. She will
be greatly loved and missed by her family, friends and coworkers. She will always be in our
hearts and memories everyday. She will always be kept alive through memories. She will be
missed dearly by her loving husband and all of her children. We love you Andrea and we miss
you so much.
