My heartfelt condolences to you and the family at the passing of Frank. He was a true treasure of a person on this planet.
I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to work in the same office as Frank at Island Transit(and hear him sing Elvira!) What a kind, funny standup kinda guy he was. That smile along with that mischievous twinkle in his eye always radiated positive energy and brightened everyone's day I do believe.
I know he radiated that smile when he talked about his kids and grand kids.
